Our Mission

Martohue Land Use Law Group, P.A. was established by its President and Principal Shareholder, Deborah L. Martohue, Esq., to focus on delivering effective, superior and responsive legal representation and service to our clients at a reasonable cost by:

· Establishing a strong personal relationship with our clients by understanding not just their legal needs but also their business goals.

· Consistently delivering prompt quality responsive service that exceeds client expectations.

· Providing analysis and recommendations that give our clients maximum flexibility and assessed risks to support informed decision-making.

· Informing clients of opportunities, options, risks and precautionary measures to protect our clients legal and financial interests.

· Serving our clients and communities as a lawyer and citizen with the highest ethical and moral standards.

Ms. Martohue’s professional experiences as a lawyer, former elected and appointed public official, certified planner and former licensed landscape architect uniquely positions her to deliver a continuum of legal representation and service from the beginning of a project during the initial due diligence and assessment stages to acquisition, obtaining local government approvals, prosecuting or defending related appeals as required, development permitting and project team coordination, through the sale or lease of the development.
